About MJB

MJB Data was formed in 2003 as the trading identity of Cambridge Web designer/developer Mat Barnett who set-up MJB Data Limited in 2006.

Mat worked for several years in the TV & Film and then design & print industries before being head-hunted into the online world in 1999, and traversed the first dot-com boom as senior designer, production manager and eventually senior technical analyst for what was then Cambridge's largest web-development agency.

In 2003, with a growing, young family, Mat swapped agency life for the flexibility and freedom of being a freelancer, and began providing big-agency style web services to a handful of local businesses.

MJB Data Limited has been fully booked since its creation in 2006 and is now poised for some controlled expansion in order to service growing demand.
