The blog is back

Forgive me dear reader for I have been rather busy. It has been a few months since my last blog entry.

Too much to do... as always.

So much has been happening recently I almost don't know where to start, but the first thing I have to do is mention www.questcomm.co.uk. Ass websites go it's not particulary noteworthy but if I don't mention it and feature a link, Google, MSN and the other crawlers won't know it exists.

Targeting 'web design' as a search term

This weblog isn't the only thing I've been ignoring over the past few months. The idea of adding and editing content on this website in order to show up on search engines for the term 'web design' has been rather neglected too, largely due to not being able to find this website in Google's from 1000 results for the term. Until recently that is. This site is now showing up somewhere aroun 430 or so. I can't be bothered to be more precise at the moment. Perhaps if I ever get into the top 100 I'll take it more seriously. (position 3 on MSN for 'Cambridge Web Design' is encouraging though)

What else?

Typomania is now a bona fide blog publishing website, finally. The Cambridge Property Database is going strong and topped 10,000 referrals last month. I think it's almost on the verge of becoming a commercially significant. CamWebDir isn't up to much, but hey - things are coming together in their own time.

That's it for now.
