CPD gains 10,000 referrals for 2nd month running
MJB Data's showcase property website, the cambridge property database, received over 10,000 referrals in July 2005, and seen the number of regular users top 2000 for the first time.
Traffic to websites often dips in the summer months while people take their holidays, but this and the flattening out of the housing market the CPD site continues to gain popularity.
Free rental property listings for private landlords
As the website's popularity grows, so do the number of requsts for extra services, and there are now a number of additional features in the pipeline. The first to go live is the ability for private landlords to create an account to advertise their rental properties.
Estate agent user-accounts
The next item on the development schedule is individual accounts for estate agents to enable them to manage automatic and manual listings, add news about highlighted properties and view data on popular search terms being used, price ranges being search for and the number of referrals that the CPD site is generating for them.
