I can't find any external info on this user agent in the usual places. The IP address in this instance resolves to a slightly odd, yet seemingly harmless site 'Encyclopedia of Keywords'. For now I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.
EasyDL/3.02 host:24.57.7.244 also encountered on Nov 18, not that it helps any.
