NutchCrawler
What kind of name is 'NutchCrawler'? Perhaps it's a crazed Czech Squirrel with a speech impediment. I couldn't find it listed anywhere, so I emailed wdavies@acm.org, (as this address was featured in the UA). His reply was as follows:
We're working on an open source search engine called Nutch :-) NutchCrawler is pretty lame at the moment, we're just grabbing pages listed in DMOZ to test it.
